Day one: World Cup IR900 and Croatia Cup IR900 - individual and team competition
The city of Veliko Trgovišće, located in the hilly Zagorje county near Zagreb, welcomed 45 competitors from 7 nations to collect World Cup points for the world ranking, to compete for medals in the 30th issue of Croatia Cup and for some of the shooters, to fulfil qualification criteria for the upcoming Field Crossbow World Championships in Hungary.
The looks switched from straight to sometimes up, checking the weather, as the forecast was less optimistic for the weekend. The IR900 competition started with the 65m distance in pouring rain, but before the line switched to 50m, the skies cleared and accompanied the shooters till the end of he day. However, although the range was of a superior standard allowing for world records, the small losses from harsher conditions added up and the results remained below expectations.

And the combination of the World Cup with Croatia Cup proved also useful by bringing opportunities for seniors, and, preferrably the younger generation of cadets to test their skills in the presence of the top shooters of the world. We welcome always such opportunities, allowing for sharing knowledge and wonderful moments in the circle of good friends.
Day two: Croatia Cup Match Play
The last day of the Croatia Cup brought all the decisions about Match play medal winners in the men and women categories.
The pairings emerged from yesterdays IR900 qualification of best 16 each, going through the elimination round earlier today.
